Generally it takes two to three weeks to create a design, go through the approval process, and produce the final products. We can shorten the time in some cases if it is a repeat order or if you are using stock designs. The turnaround time also depends on quantities ordered. To guarantee work in less than 5 working days, a rush fee may be applied.

You can use stock designs from our library or have your own design or logo digitized. What is digitizing of a logo or design? Basic Steps in Ordering Custom Embroidery: 1. Send your artwork. This can be in the form of a .jpg or .gif, sent as an email attachment. You should also mail or bring in a hard copy of your artwork. We will quote on it and prepare it for embroidery. We also have thousands of stock embroidery designs, for which there is no digitizing fee. You may be able to find what you want among those designs and add your own lettering for a very unique design. 2. Chose your garment or other item. Follow the links to our 3 supplier catalogs above and view the choices of T-shirts, sweats, jackets, hats, aprons and other items. 3. Approve your quote. This will get us started on creating your design in embroidery. 4. Approve the sewout. We will send you a sample of the design embroidered on a fabric similar to the item you've chosen. When you are satisfied with the sewout, we can get down to work producing your order! 5. Receive your new stuff! Everyone loves that moment of unpacking the first item!
